Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional window washing, solar panel cleaning, and rain gutter cleaning services to our valued customers. This position requires strong customer service skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work efficiently in various outdoor environments.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform window washing, solar panel cleaning, and rain gutter cleaning services for residential and commercial customers.
2. Safely operate and maintain all necessary equipment and tools, including ladders, water-fed poles, pressure washers, and gutter cleaning equipment.
3. Follow established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction.
4. Assess customer needs and provide accurate estimates for service work.
5. Effectively communicate with customers to address questions, concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring equipment is properly stored and maintained.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code, punctuality, and attendance.
8. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including time logs and completed work orders.
9. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize service delivery and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in window washing, solar panel cleaning, and rain gutter cleaning, preferably in a professional capacity.
3. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and address their needs effectively.
4. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
5. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.
6. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to working at heights and operating equipment.
7. Valid driver's license and vehicle.
8. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
9. Must not be afraid of heights - needs to be comfortable on roofs.
