Advanced Environmental Clean is a specialized high tech service provider for equipment decontamination, refurbishment and parts cleaning headquartered in Santa Clara, CA.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for counting parts, taking pictures and matching them to the traveler.
Must be able to differentiate between good parts and defective parts.
Follow all company processes and procedures.
Must be accurate and attentive to details.
Responsible for bead blasting and/or masking parts per print drawing/specifications.
Verify uniform finish after bead blasting with profilometer.
Candidate will conduct final QA inspection per drawing/specification.
Package parts per specification and label.
Comply with safety requirements/regulations (wearing safety glasses, gloves, smocks, etc.).
Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition at all times.
Maintain a service log for all machines.
Assist in facilities maintenance.
Experience:
Forklift and hoist experience a plus.
Familiar with tools (pliers, wrench, screwdriver, etc).
Must have safety and chemical knowledge.
Chemical cleaning/knowledge a plus.
Requirements:
Candidate must have a high school diploma and/or 2 – 4 years of experience in this field.
Fluent in English.
Be flexible in regards to hours and schedule.
Must be honest and have integrity both now and in the past.
Must be safety conscious at all times.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds and move or maneuver materials.
Hours: 9:30 – 3:30 Monday - Friday
