Looking for a part-time (to start) property maintenance professional to handle residential repair projects.
Flexible schedule, company operates Mon-Sat. Project manager would be in charge of running his/her own scheduling and dispatch; pick any days and hours to work as long as clients accept.
Responsibilities:
- discuss projects, rates and appointment times with existing clients who need handyman services
- perform small residential repair jobs according to the agreed-upon schedule
- Send daily invoices, submit expense receipts and capture before/after photos using company's internal software
- Provide post-completion customer support if needed
Pay:
- $35 per hour during the first 90 days of training
- pay rate goes up to $40-$50 per hour depending on the job/complexity
- employee is paid based on the hours billed for every job within the pay period
- billable hours must match actual hours worked
Employer also offers weekly gas reimbursement, PPE, cellphone stipend, 5 days of paid annual sick time, uniform, business cards, access to the software, company credit card.
Looking for an experienced handyman in good physical and mental health, who is not only able to perform repairs, but also communicates effectively and completes the required daily paperwork. Employer is willing to provide a work van if you work consistently 40 hour per week (after the training period). Must speak good English, maintain professional appearance and show up on time. Also a big bonus if you already have an existing book of business and willing to bring clients over to us. We provide full insurance including workers comp, GL and commercial auto.
