Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers to ensure efficient project management and delivery.
Interact with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
Monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and report them to the project managers.
Capture high-quality photos and videos of the job site, documenting project milestones and updates.
Communicate effectively with workers, conveying instructions, updates, and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
Assist in organizing and delivering necessary items and supplies to the job site.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role or construction-related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, project managers, and workers.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Basic knowledge of construction processes and terminology.
Proficiency in using smartphones and digital devices to capture and document project updates.
Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to fulfill job responsibilities.
