Living Lite Organized (office located in Concord) is expanding at a rapid rate and is looking to hire 1 or 2 Professional organizers:

Our services include:

high-profile clients/luxury homes

home organizing

business organizing

move management (including seniors)

chronically disorganized

hoarding (level 1-4)

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Main Objective: hand in hand with operations, owner and crew to successfully execute functionality with organizational systems to provide more aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. This includes but not limited to:

-Sourcing & shopping for organizational products, furniture, decor and storage solutions within the client's budget

-Strategizing logistics for supplies & equipment needed for jobs (trips to storage unit included)

-Managing the crew on and off site

-Follow workflow using our project management tool (Basecamp) for all project related needs

-Sorting, editing, decluttering, light cleaning and organizing for most projects

-Managing client moves/relocations

-Packing & unpacking for moves

-Job site coordination (e.g donations, recycle, e-waste, shred)

-Vendor coordination (e.g handy person)

-Support with client correspondence and follow up

-General customer service

-Asset management (photos, records, etc.)

ADDITIONAL IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALITIES:

Experience managing clients/customers

Is not afraid of tackling clutter

Key Traits: We are looking for someone who is empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can work independently as well as part of a team. Having a non-judgmental approach is essential.

A PLUS BUT NECESSARY IF YOU HAVE BACKGROUND:

Use of project management tool (we use Basecamp)

Use of customer relations tool (we use HubSpot)

Use of Google Workspace

LOCATION (Must be willing to drive): Preference for applicants from East Bay, specifically Contra Costa. We work mainly in the Contra Costa, Solano & Alameda county but we do travel on occasion (depending on distance) such as

Marin County

San Francisco

South Bay

Marin County

Napa County

BENEFITS OVERVIEW:

18-40 hours a week (must have flexibility) Monday - Friday (rarely on a Saturday)

Employee Status - Gain employee status following a comprehensive 3-month onboarding and training period.

Competitive ($20 - $35 per hour) compensation varies based on experience.

Travel Compensation - We cover miles for errands and onsite driving when exceeding 65 miles per day, along with toll expenses.

Travel: Must be willing to drive.

Technology Skills: Proficient with modern technology including:

project management tools (we use Basecamp)

Must have up to date smartphone & computer
