Don Johnson's Pool & Spa is seeking a full-time year round Routeman to join our team. You will be maintaining and servicing commercial and residential swimming pools and spas in beautiful Marin County.
Responsibilities: To service and maintain commercial and residential swimming pools and spas. Understand and adjust water chemistry in accordance with company policy and health regulations after training. Troubleshoot and report defective pool equipment to our repair department. Maintain activity and chemistry logs and regularly communicate with staff, managers, and customers.
Clean driving record. Ability to handle the physical workload and lift to 50 lbs. Must have a great attitude, a team player, strong written and verbal communication skills. Advancement available to learn to repair pool and spa equipment and advance to our Pool & Spa repair department.
Experience in swimming pool related fields a plus, training available.
