Skaates Inc is looking for helpers to assist our team of Journeyman Plumbers. The helper will assist our plumbers in performing repairs while improving on skills to take on more work and to be motivated if they want to advance in the field. No experience in plumbing is required to be a helper. However being a mechanically inclined person is.
Responsibilities:
Follow instruction and assist our plumbers with various task
Retrieve and deliver parts.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
A willingness to help and learn
Ability to handle physical workload, bend over, crawl and lift 60lbs
Troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid CA Driver's License with clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and Drug screening.
