Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Pamper Pups: Bathe, shampoo, rinse, dry, and brush dogs to make them look and feel their best.
Nail Care: Trim nails and detangle fur.
Keep It Clean: Maintain a spotless grooming area and help with daily shop upkeep.
Stress-Free Zone: Contribute to a calm and happy environment for both pets and people.
Reliable and Punctual: Show up on time and ready to work.
Follow the Rules: Adhere to written and verbal instructions carefully.
Assist Groomers: Help groomers with handling dogs as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Dealing with Pet Messes: Promptly and safely clean up any accidents to maintain a hygienic environment.
Schedule Management: Be aware of the groomers’ schedules and maintain good communication to keep the salon running efficiently.
Teamwork: Proactively anticipate the needs of other team members and offer help whenever needed.
Physical Requirements and Risks:
Strength and Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending and standing tasks frequently.
Safety Risks: Potential for scratches and bites exists; however, proper dog handling knowledge and skills are essential to minimize these risks.
Work Hours:
Part-Time: Shifts are during the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, but may not include all the hours listed. Flexible scheduling up to 5 days a week.
