We are looking for a Maintenance Person to carry out various maintenance duties to the exterior of commercial shopping centers & office buildings. Days are Monday-Friday. Hours vary.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
-Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry knowledge, sheet-rocking, concrete, painting, welding, window cleaning.
-Operating and maintaining hand tools, power tools and other equipment.
-Must be able to work well with others as well as complete jobs independently.
-Must work independently with little supervision.
-Must be able to take direction well and follow daily flow of all jobs.
-Must have a valid driver license and copy of driving record.
-Reliable transportation and being on time everyday is a must.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
You would start and end your day at our headquarters located at 1090 Factory St, Richmond, Ca 94801.
