Maintenance and Landscaping
Dillon Beach Resort is a 55-acre boutique hotel in West Marin County. The property is currently home to a private beach and accompanying beach parking lot, 28 unit hotel, a general store & restaurant.
We are looking for a person with construction, maintenance, carpentry, and landscaping skills to help maintain the property and help it progress. During certain busy times the property may require extra housekeeping help as well. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, can multitask, take instructions, and follow a project through to its completion. The new hire will report directly to the Project Manager, Director of Operations and Onsite Management Team. They must be flexible and have the ability to complete projects that evolve as the needs of the property change.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, lift, carry, bend, squat, kneel and climb with no restrictions - frequent bending/standing is a physical requirement
Professional, polite and friendly
Comfortable working outside in cold/hot climates
Must have a valid driver's license
