Warehouse Associate Part Time or Full Time (Paid Weekly)

Location: San Leandro, CA

Compensation: $18.50-$25 based on your experience

We are a logistics team who have a deep passion for helping brands scale their sales by assisting them with their shipping needs.

The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Associate is to pick and pack inventory and ship the product safely out to fulfillment centers throughout the US. Associates will be cross-trained to work in various departments based on business and operational needs.

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate who is well rounded, responsible, and eager to grow their career. We are also looking for a self-starter who will positively contribute to our team and embody our values.

Essential Functions of Job:

- Pick & pack inventory throughout warehouse

- Basic arithmetic ability to demonstrate knowledge of quick computational skills

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Basic project management skills

- Follow all safety rules, policies and regulations to ensure safe working practices

- Maintains a standard of speed and quality set monthly by management

- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

- Taking on project management responsibilities as required

Key Responsibilities and Physical Requirements:

- Prior warehouse and operations experience preferred but not required

- Packaging products efficiently and safely for customer orders and preparing and palletizing orders for fulfillment

- Receive, stock, and accurately log inbound inventory in a spreadsheet format

- Maintain organized logs of inventory updated on a daily basis

- Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift and /or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift.

- Ability to lift and handle 1-50 lbs. when required

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
