Estate Caretaker Couple needed to start in late May, 2025. The estate is the owners’ second home on 25 acres near St. Helena. This position entails full charge oversight of the grounds, residence, guest apartment, and pool house.
This is a full-time job with hours based upon the needs of the property, the owners and their guests. A hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with the owner and service providers is a necessity.
The couple will share responsibilities for housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, pool care, building maintenance, shopping, floral arrangements, landscaping, gardening, pumps/water and irrigation systems, fire mitigation measures, security monitoring, solar system and other mechanical or electrical/utility management issues.
