Leadership and Supervision:
Lead and supervise a team of technicians in water and flood mitigation projects.
Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Customer Service:
Communicate effectively with clients to explain mitigation processes and timelines.
Address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality mitigation services.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; advanced technical training or certifications preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in water and flood mitigation.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Extensive knowledge of water mitigation techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
Certifications in water damage restoration, applied structural drying, and mold remediation (e.g., IICRC certifications) are highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response Training (Preferred)
IICRC Certification (Required)
