Seeking part-time help for landscaping supply yard in downtown Guerneville.
All manual labor tasks including, but not limited to: Shoveling/digging, stacking, picking, raking, blowing, mowing, repeatedly lifting 60 lbs, safely using powered hand tools, washing, lubing and servicing work trucks, trailers and equipment, splitting and bundling firewood.
After training: Mixing concrete, making distribution boxes, lifting concrete boxes.
We require valid drivers license. Must be able to commute to Guerneville with reliable transportation.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organized appearance of the yard and the sales building.
Safely operating front loader tractor.
Safely operating fork-lift.
Following all safety protocols and wearing personal protective equipment when appropriate.
Yard sales using Lightspeed POS software (experience with POS equivalent software a plus).
Pumping propane (after certification).
General building/yard cleaning; including but not limited to: sweeping, moping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathroom.
Excellent communication skills: answering phones, recording messages, accurately taking delivery request and phone orders, and updating white board/computer calendar.
Great customer service skills – positive friendly, energetic and personable.
Other duties as assigned.
Part-time with occasional full-time requests; seasonal (likely no work once rainy season starts)
