Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Building Deep Cleaning Specialist to maintain multiple buildings on a scheduled route. This position requires a car for transportation, but we will provide access to the buildings, detailed cleaning instructions, and the assigned route. The ideal candidate must have experience in professional building cleaning, the ability to follow specific work instructions, and a strong attention to detail. This job requires one full workday per week, spaced a week apart, for a total of four days per month. We provide all necessary cleaning materials and equipment. You will need to work one full day a week, for example, every Monday. Compensation is $175 per full day, totaling $700 per month for 1 day a week.
