Se ofrece empleo para Janitor en el Area de Oakland
Lunes a Viernes de 11am a 7pm (7 horas de trabajo al dia, 1 hora de lonche)
Pago: $16.50 por hora
35 horas a la semana
RESPONSABILIDADES:
Mantenimiento general de un edificio, incluyendo pero no limitado a: Limpiar baños, sacudir, barrer, trapear, sacar basura y reciclaje, y todo lo necesario para mantener una limpieza de altos estándares.
REQUISITOS:
1- Tener ganas de trabajar y ser puntual.
2- Tener un teléfono para estar en constante comunicación y con capacidad para bajar aplicación para marcar las
horas de entrada y salida.
3- Tener la abilidad para entender instrucciones basicas escritas y verbales en Ingles.
4- Atención a detalles
5- Honestidad
6- Algo de experiencia
Ademas, debe:
Tener 18 años de edad ó mas.
Pasar con éxito un examen de deteccion de drogas é investigacion criminal
REQUISITOS FISICOS:
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente rápido y de constante movimiento.
- Capacidad de caminar largas distancias
-Capacidad de agacharse y subir escaleras etc.
Este es un trabajo con pago de Nomina (Payroll). (No se paga en efectivo, ni con cheques personales).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
General building maintenance, including, but not limited to: cleaning and re-stocking supplies in restrooms, break-rooms; clean walkways, staircases, lobbies, conference rooms, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, moping, and more.
REQUIREMENTS
-Working phone that allows for application download (clock in and out system)
-Must be reliable and punctual
-Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
-Must take pride in your work and keep things neat and clean
-Must have a sense of urgency and be detail oriented
-Must be able to work independently with little supervision
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
In addition, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older.
Must successfully pass a drug screening and criminal background investigation
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
May be exposed to constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying.
