Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled part-time handyman to join our swim and tennis/pickleball club. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of the Club Manager to help maintain the club's facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members. Tasks may include light repairs, basic maintenance of club equipment, landscaping, painting, general facilities upkeep and addressing maintenance issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on club facilities.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the pool and court areas.
- Assist in setting up and taking down equipment as needed.
- Conduct basic plumbing, painting, landscaping, and carpentry tasks.
- Proactively inspect facilities regularly and address any safety issues.
-Assist on bigger projects with the facilities manager as they arise.
-No task too big or small mentality.
Requirements:
- Previous handyman or maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to perform basic plumbing, landscaping, and general repair work.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable and able to work independently, with direction from the club manager.
