Groundskeeper

A local residential developer is seeking full-time Groundskeepers to join our rapidly growing in-house property management team in Santa Rosa. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, has good communication skills and is a trustworthy individual. We insist on having fun and seek exceptional talent that believes in working with a passionate, driven team.

Requirements:

You can perform general cleaning of grounds and common areas including garden and dog parks on a daily basi.

You can perform janitorial duties such as mopping floors, cleaning windows, cleaning and restocking bathrooms, etc.

You can perform seasonal tasks such as pressure washing, cleaning gutters and assisting with air filter changes.

You can assist the team with apartment turns and work orders when necessary.

You easily juggle multiple projects at once, exercising good judgement to effectively prioritize tasks.

You are a reliable and trustworthy individual who can self-manage and work in a team environment.

You are available to work weekends and respond to off-hour on-call emergencies.

You possess strong attention to detail.

You are comfortable operating a computer and have the ability to learn software programs.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to: Ability to lift and/or move items over 75 lbs. as needed, talk and hear, ability to access apartments on first, second and third floor levels, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl and climb all day.
