Fusco Plumbing and Heating is a boutique plumbing company successfully providing high-end products in SF and surrounding areas for over 30 years. We provide new plumbing/heating/mechanical systems in home and commercial remodels. We typically employ between 10-12 people, 8-10 of which are in the field. We work with both general contractors and homeowners.

EXPERIENCED PLUMBER

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues using air pressure gauges, hydrostatic testing, or other methods
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, and other professionals to ensure plumbing systems are properly installed and functioning
- Repair or replace broken drainage pipes, clogged drains, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform plumbing tasks efficiently and accurately
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in plumbing, Installing, repair, maintaining pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for plumbing tasks
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with pipe threading machines and equipment
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
- Clean DMV records and Valid driver's license
- Experience in remodeling projects is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation for travel to customer locations

HVAC TECHNICIAN
We are also seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Your expertise in equipment repair and knowledge of HVAC/R systems will be essential in providing high-quality service to our clients.
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance - Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and make necessary repairs
- Test system functionality and ensure proper operation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, equipment repair, and maintenance procedures
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings
- Familiarity with air conditioning systems, plumbing, and appliance repair
- Experience with ammonia refrigeration is a plus - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
