Position: Landscape Contractor
Location: Bay Area, California
Job Summary:
This field-based role is perfect fit for someone who has experience in landscape construction.
Scope of work would include but is not limited to; Landscape construction, concrete, irrigation, retaining walls, hardscape, and landscape design.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
Oversee job sites to ensure projects are executed efficiently and safely.
Help manage crews to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Coordinate to keep projects on schedule.
Report project status and any delays to project managers.
Communicate with clients to resolve issues.
Ensure crew has all necessary job information and documents.
Work with a full-time office staff, project managers, and estimators for support.
Ability to take charge on a project and see it through safely and efficiently.
Experience:
Degree preferred but not required.
Minimum of 3 years management experience in landscape construction or related.
