Job Title: Ground Operations Specialist (Experienced with 5 years of qualified service)

Opportunities for advancement: Equipment Operator, CDL Driver, Logistics Support, Climbing and Bucket Operator

Do you like your current job situation? Are you working with well-maintained modern tools and

Equipment? Are you treated fairly and with respect? Are you looking for a higher level of intellectual and emotional literacy in your co-workers - and the company generally? Is it time to explore the idea of a change so you can grow and thrive, and have a work-life balance? Perhaps you have worked alone for many years and now realize the challenges and risks of going solo. Do you have the ability to read a room, talk to people, appreciate detail, and would really rather just do things right? If you are actually better than average (objectively and consistently) and have a positive attitude, Fine Tree Care may be the place for you.

We are looking for a mutually good fit, for everyone’s sake, particularly for our cherished clients who treat us so well and trust us to do tree work right for them. After all, we do good tree work, and take great care of our clients. And it all starts off with having really amazing people working in unison together in order to make that magic happen. Among other positions opening up for reasons of sustainable steady growth (feel free to apply and tell us what your skills and abilities are), we’re looking for a few CDL driving crew leaders with climbing and bucket skills - - people who also have an affinity toward HIGH QUALITY AESTHETIC PRUNING, and can also demolish a tree in its own footprint with every piece alighting upon the hands of the ground workers successfully dodging all the flowers in the garden.

We are looking for calm, compassionate and capable leaders who lead by example and with encouragement. We are looking for a good fit with our collaborative crew culture, and want someone who can appreciate a supportive group of peers and administrative team who will make your job easier and actually help foster your career advancement. If you are missing one of the requisite skills, for the right person, we can even get you trained up and ready for the role! We also do mechanized forestry work and have equipment operator positions available. Tell a friend we are hiring, and have them apply online or give us a call.

This posting isn’t for the average tree trimmer, we are looking for someone who is truly a good natural fit - - for both you, and our work group. We are looking for detail-oriented lifetime learners, and people who want to calmly and quietly advance their career and the industry. And, we are looking for the type of people who can eventually teach, train, supervise, manage, and eventually sell the high-quality services we offer to our discerning clients. There is really nothing in the way of advancement at Fine Tree Care, and we encourage you to let us know you are interested in a better deal…. a better deal for you! Love where you work! (We’re

assuming you don’t have a trust fund and a private jet, so you have to work for a living like we do ;)
