We have an immediate need for Event Setup and Tear Down Team Members for an event 8/23/24 for setup and return 8/25/24 for tear down in the Morgan Hill area. MUST be able to commit to both days! If you have the experience and available for these dates, please reply to this ad with your resume.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Setup and break down of all equipment at various locations for meetings, functions, shows, or any events.
- Must be able to load and unload trucks in a safe and time efficient manner.
- Participate in the assembling and disassembling of displays, furniture and other décor items for upcoming events.
- Pushing crates to and from dock area to setup locations.
- Cleaning and organizing event area.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Punctual, professional, detail-oriented team player.
- Ability to apply attention to detail to all assigned tasks.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Performing duties of this job could require frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
- Eligible to work in the US.
- Must have a flexible schedule (Must be available for possible overtime, days, nights, and weekends)
