Golden Gate Trans, Inc. is a material hauling company based in Richmond and Vallejo. We serve customers throughout the SF Bay Area region. We are seeking a driver / mechanic. Our drivers operate end dumps, super dumps and 10-wheel dump trucks to pick up and deliver soil, aggregate, concrete spoils and paving materials to and from various job sites. We are currently hiring drivers with class A or class B license.
Local work Monday thru Friday.
Report to and return home from Richmond or Vallejo (periodic exceptions may apply)
Weekly pay
Starting pay $26 an hour.
Minimum Requirements:
Must provide a current DMV printout
Air brake endorsements
Maintain a valid applicable CDL
Maintain a valid DOT medical card
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
Complete daily trip report
Experienced preferred but will accept minimal experience
Operate equipment safely on and off-road at all times
Provide excellent customer service
Must be friendly, courteous, and always maintain a professional demeanor.
