Involvement in the safety culture
5-10 hours of overtime/week
Qualifications:
Must have 3+ years in a Customer Service role.
3+ years previous responsibility in conducting training, goal setting, managing employees and employee relations.
Willing to work hard and having a good job tenure and job history.
Required to be flexible with schedule.
Must be growth oriented and career minded.
Excellent communication skills
Have a friendly and helpful attitude.
Must be able to work independently and resourcefully to meet established goals.
A good driving record.
Benefits:
Work shifts are typically Monday through Friday. Weekend Coverage when needed (only occasional).
