Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Car Washer and Detailer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards before they are presented to our customers. This position requires a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Wash and clean vehicles using appropriate cleaning agents, equipment, and techniques.
Vacuum, shampoo, and steam-clean vehicle interiors to remove dirt, stains, and odors.
Clean and polish vehicle exteriors, including windows, wheels, and tires.
Inspect vehicles for any damages or defects that may require repair or attention.
Perform minor detailing tasks such as buffing, waxing, and applying protective coatings.
Ensure all vehicles are properly dried and prepared for display or delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing bays and equipment.
Adhere to dealership safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in car washing and detailing preferred, but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in car washing and detailing.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
