We specialize in providing casino entertainment and other event rentals such as photo booths, tables, chairs, etc. to Bay Area parties and events. We are looking for dedicated and energetic Delivery Drivers to join our team, who will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely, safe, and professional transportation and setup of event equipment.

Position Summary

As a Delivery Driver at Aces Up Casino Parties, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of events by transporting and setting up various casino party and event rentals. Your responsibilities will include prepping event equipment to leave our facilities, loading and unloading equipment from delivery vehicles, safely driving these items from our warehouse to various event locations and back, and meticulously setting up the equipment according to specific event requirements once at the venue.

This position requires a strong commitment to timely and effective delivery executions, excellent organizational skills, superb driving ability, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service to our end clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall success and smooth operation of our events, making each occasion memorable and seamless for our clients and party guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

Load and unload event rental equipment such as casino tables, photo booths, chairs, and decor items from delivery vehicles.

Pre-stage/prepare equipment at our warehouse for upcoming deliveries.

Safely transport equipment from our warehouse to various event locations and back.

Setup and breakdown event equipment at venues, ensuring each setup meets company standards and client specifications.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and/or fuel expenditures.

Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and setup, addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive company image.

Comply with all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.

Assist in warehouse management and organization as needed.

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 70 pounds) and stand and/or sit for extended periods.

Experience in driving delivery vans and larger vehicles, including 26’ box trucks.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working well with team members and interacting positively with clients.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Event Management or Logistics is a plus.

This position has an inconsistent schedule and should be considered "gig work". Typical shifts are on Friday and Saturday afternoons/evenings/nights, and run anywhere from 7 to 12 hours (overtime pay included for 8+ hour shifts).
