THE WORK
Contract work. Must understand what contract work is explain your self run business.
An adult detoxing or recovering from addiction needing reaches out for assistance and Conscious Living Consulting connect with YOU with information about the job. We then discuss your availability including the time you can start and how long you can work. Details are negotiated and discussed per job. No job is the same and you decide your hours. This is not a 9:00 to 5:00 PM job. We are not looking to employ you and thus offer no benefits or guarantee of work. If you are looking for full time “employment” with regular set-hours, this work is not for you.
TYPES OF JOBS:
Working side-by-side with adults, usually (but not always) in the early stages of recovery from addiction. Hours vary from one to two shifts to several weeks. Safe Transport: Driving clients to medical and personal appointments. Valid CDL, automobile insurance & clean driving record required. In Home Support: Stay with and support client in their residence anywhere from one day to several weeks.

YOU ARE:
A Contractor who sets your own hours working around your schedule. You decide: Morning, afternoon, evening or overnight work.
Flexible and will work as a team player when on a job.
Sober and have knowledge of 12 Step and other recovery programs.
Responsible, emotionally mature and positive. You smile and are aware of your energy while working among adults transitioning to wellness.
Able to communicate with treatment professionals and follow their directions.
A Recovery Professional: including Certified Drug and Alcohol Coaches and Case Managers welcome.
