Are you an experienced project manager in the residential

construction industry?

Do you have a proven track record of

successfully managing projects, leading teams, and ensuring

client satisfaction?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee assigned projects, ensuring successful

outcomes and timely completion.

- Lead the projects team to deliver exceptional customer service

and maintain project timelines.

- Communicate effectively with external vendors, subcontractors,

office managers, and the company owner to streamline projects to completion.

- Work with the owner to oversee accurate and timely change

order management.

- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue and

profitability.

- Communicate project updates and stages to clients and the

owner.

- Anticipate and resolve future project delays or schedule issues

in a timely manner.

- Proficiently read and interpret plans, ensuring project accuracy.

- Request inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Maintain quality control by taking photos and videos during

project site visits.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of consistent and active experience in

large-scale residential construction and home remodeling projects

as a project manager or superintendent.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively represent the

company and interact with clients and owners.

- Strong organizational skills and high integrity to maintain project

success.

- Reliable transportation to commute between office and project

job sites.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or as needed based on

construction schedule.
