Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various outdoor construction tasks, including but not limited to digging, lifting, moving materials, and assisting with concrete forms and rebar tying.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform physical labor tasks, including digging trenches and moving materials.
Assist in setting up concrete forms and pouring concrete.
Tie rebar to reinforce concrete structures.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive work preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
Basic knowledge of construction terminology and techniques.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
