Concrete Finisher / Formwork & Layout Helper
Location: Santa Rosa, CA.
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher who can also assist with form work and layout on a variety of general engineering projects throughout Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties.
Responsibilities
Finish concrete for sidewalks, curbs, pads, retaining walls, and structural flatwork.
Assist in forming, setting grade, and basic layout work.
Help with setup and cleanup of daily concrete operations.
Operate small tools, laser levels, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Work collaboratively with the crew and foreman to maintain production and quality.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in concrete finishing preferred.
Ability to read grades, shoot elevations, and assist with layout is a plus.
Must have reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
Knowledge of form systems (Symons, plywood, etc.) is highly desirable.
