Qualifications:
We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in window tinting. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive window tinting
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
Excellent attention to detail and precision in installation work
Prior employment at window tinting or detailing companies (experience will be verified)
Skills test required before hiring
Responsibilities:
This hands-on role focuses on installing window tint services with precision. You will work on a variety of vehicles and must thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
Install and assemble automotive components, including window tinting, plotter cutting, and door panel removals
Perform full window tint installations (side windows, rear windshields, roofs, and front windshields)
Conduct a skills test, installing tint on a vehicle to assess installation quality and cleanliness
Perform heavy lifting and maneuver equipment and materials
Follow installation instructions and manufacturer guidelines
Conduct auto estimating for repair or replacement of parts
Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety protocols
Compensation & Benefits:
Up to $35/hour based on experience
