All Age Mobilehome Park is looking for an assistant to cover opening and closing Sunday and Mondays, janitorial and landscaping around the park.
Open and close clubhouse
Open and close laundry and showers
Clean clubhouse, laundry room, men's and women’s shower room & add paper products when needed
Clean around the park daily or if you see trash on the ground that residents have missed putting in the dumpsters.
Patrol the Park and pick up blown in or dumped trash in the streets or gutters or at the entrance.
Cover the Park on the days you work. If there is a problem call managers cell (number not to be handed out). Answer questions on spaces available if any.
