I’m a top-performing medical device sales professional in the aesthetics industry. I travel constantly, host events, and juggle a packed calendar. I’m looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy personal assistant who can help manage both my business and personal life — someone who thrives on structure and gets satisfaction from making things run smoothly.

You MUST be:
Obsessed with organizing home spaces (especially closets, drawers, and storage)
Fast and stylish when packing and repacking for frequent business trips
Great with Google Calendar, digital notes, and shared files excel and concur a bonus
Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
Comfortable with direct communication and able to work independently
Available for part-time, flexible hours (some last-minute requests)

Organizing closets and home spaces
Creating packing systems and prepping for trips
Managing calendar, appointments, and reminders
Handling errands and coordinating logistics
Setting up simple digital organization systems
