Onboarding and Training

Conduct Onboarding Bundle Training

Creating a welcoming environment for all new agency care providers

Conduct CPR/FA training classes as needed

Prepare and send Agency Care Provider packages as needed

Notify SMs for when there is a no-show

Prepare necessary materials and equipment for CPR/FA training classes

Responsible for maintaining inventory of onboarding material

Enroll care providers in identified in-service training per PMs request

Conduct live in-service training classes for Agency Care Providers as needed

Assist with the coordination of in-service trainings for Agency Care Providers

Assist in creating in-service trainings and techniques by extracting information from existing content or modules created by Training and Development Manager

Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for CPR/FA training

Staffing

Support the staffing team by participating in in-house recruiting events, job fairs, and community events as needed

Support staffing team with candidate screening and hiring process as needed

General

● Maintain confidentiality of our clients and Agency Care Providers in compliance with HIPAA

● Attend quarterly staff meetings

● Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field and/or three years work experience in similar position

Demonstrated ability to coordinate and implement employee orientations

Demonstrated efficient organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Must currently possess or obtain a CPR/FA instructor level certification

o PHS will offer training during the beginning of employment to receive certification

Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)

Ability to communicate course material in a clear and understandable manner

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred but not mandatory

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
