We are expanding and are seeking a Payroll Coordinator.
The Payroll Coordinator will work closely with our Controller, Administrative team, and Sales team to ensure all payroll related tasks are completed timely and accurately.
The ideal candidate is well organized, dependable, responsive, detail-oriented, able to work in an exciting and dynamic environment, who is a strong team player while also functioning independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Work closely with the Controller, administrative team, sales managers
-Handle and manage all payroll data
-Manage employee expenses
-Process Payroll
-Prepare reports for management as needed
-Collaborate with management and HR to resolve any payroll discrepancies/inquiries
-Assist with personnel-related inquiries
-Offer world class service to our employees and subcontractors
REQUIREMENTS
-Experience in payroll processing is a must
-Ensure confidentiality and assist in maintaining employee records
-General understanding in accounting
-High level of attention to detail
-Ability to manage cloud documents, spreadsheets, CRM, and point of sale softwares
-Ability to remain focused and organized in a dynamic environment
-World class communication and customer service skills
-Experience in construction industry and working with builders a PLUS

Pay is full time, $28-$30/hr, based upon experience
