Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Maintain and update job descriptions and specifications.
Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits and leave policies.
