Ultimate Staffing is looking for a bilingual (English & Spanish) HR Coordinator for our client in Fremont,CA in the Construction Industry. This is a 100% onsite role with a starting pay of $28-$30 an hour. Role and Responsibilities: Onboarding and Offboarding all Union workforce. Working with internal managers, and jobapplicants, and performing pre-employment administration of drug testing and MotorVehicle Record facilitation. This is a hands-on people services role and must have excellentcommunication skills. Project Manage various HR programs as assigned. Administer weekly our EDD Work Share Program for WWG and WWI. Also, facilitate theannual renewal process for all WW entities. (shop & field) Process Verification of Employment requests. Complete all State of California Employment Development Department (EDD) verificationsand correspondence. Administer our company Wellness Program, including annual calendar publication, facilitatemonthly events, and create and distribute all employee marketing materials. Provide facilitation of logistics and facilitate catering for all company events. Partner with fellow HR team members on special HR projects. Must possess a strong ability to act in all matters with confidentiality and process the abilityto be sensitive with a servant-like-minded style. Must pay strong attention to details as theyare key in this role Must embrace multitasking, strong kind communications, attention todetails and follow up. Most important: You are responsible, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions. Youhave a sense of urgency and are driven to succeed. You are self-motivated, organized, canwork with minimal direction, manage your time well, and are willing to do what it takes to getthe job done.Skills and Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, have had direct experience inthe facilitation of programs, and taking ownership of projects they support. A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting various teams and company programs. BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related years of experience. Be a multitasker with excellent customer service skills and attitude. The ideal candidate will have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communicationskills. Superb track record in developing and executing successful programs. Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills. Have experience in the operations side of the business and have experience with all kindsof communication tools. Fantastic organizational and time management skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Project management skills with teams made up of varying levels. Must have advanced computer software skills in MS Office, including Microsoft Excel, andhave attention to detail in all they do.
