HR Assistant Responsibilities

You'll play a vital role in supporting all aspects of the HR function, partnering with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient employee experience for our Construction, Plumbing, and Restoration departments.

-Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system.

-Process new hire paperwork, benefits enrollment, and leave requests.

-Provide administrative support to the HR Director; including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing calendars.

-Answer employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.

-Assist with employee performance.

-Participate in HR projects and initiatives.

To qualify, you should have:

-Minimum 2 years of HR experience.

-Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

-A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

-Experience with HRIS systems.

-A passion for building strong relationships and fostering a positive work environment.

-Proficient in Google Calendar and Gemini a plus!
