Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Receptionist: Qualified applicants possess excellent communication skills to serve as the liaison between veterinarians, clients and staff. Duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients and patients, filing, creating treatment plans and invoices, admitting and discharging patients, entering data, etc. Previous experience in a veterinary setting is required, and experience with Cornerstone practice management software is desirable. Full-time and part-time available.
