Adobe Animal Hospital is is looking for a few members to join our expanding team. We are currently accepting and reviewing resumes for experienced veterinary assistants and veterinary CSRs.
We are looking for a compassionate and highly motivated individual who values exceptional client service in addition to outstanding patient care. You should possess strong communication skills both written and verbal, have a high work ethic, and be able to multi-task with consistent attention to detail.
Our ideal candidate has at least one year experience in the veterinary field.
The skills you will be utilizing include, but not limited to:
-Greeting clients with a friendly smile and a can do attitude
-Managing multiple phone lines
-Maintaining hospital flow
-Scheduling and organizing appointments
-Assisting clients from check in to check out
-Demonstrating exceptional oral and written communication skills
-Educating clients in general wellness care and ensuring that our clients needs are met
-Ability to restrain cats and dogs gently and safely
-Anesthesia monitoring
-Phlebotomy
-Radiographs
-Client education
