Seeking Acupuncturist With Focus on Career Growth

California, San francisco bay area 00000 San francisco bay area USA
Aplica ya

We’re hiring the right acupuncturist to join our team. Could this be you?

What we’re all about:

Our mission is to tip the scales of health on the global scale and to fundamentally change how people think and feel about their health. We strive to drive the world towards a new global perspective on health and wellness so that simple and effective dietary strategies and common sense health decisions actually become common. We teach our patients to demand a deeper connection with and mastery over their health that spreads into their families and communities.

Our system:

We put an emphasis on deep knowing and leverage that to make profound change easy and gentle. We obsessively hone our diagnostic skills in these 5 categories:

TCM/Japanese systems: Pulse, tongue, Intake Interview and Hara

Orthopedics: Muscle testing, muscle channel assessment, postural assessment, gait analysis, in-house ultrasound imaging and orthopedic testing

Five Element: Color, Sound, Odor and Emotion

Functional and Laboratory Testing: routine and advanced blood, urine, saliva, and stool testing

Predictive: Through genetic testing, family history evaluation, and the above methods we identify future risks that inform calculated interventions in the present to reduce or eliminate negative health events in the future.

Spheres of assessment and treatment:

The above diagnostic lenses create a picture of the patient’s health and future risk in three spheres. We ensure we are delivering measurable improvements in these three spheres:

Physical: pain elimination, joint health, functional ability, strength, resilience, posture, ergonomics

Internal Medicine: organ function, Zang-Fu, disease risk, medication reduction/elimination, laboratory outcomes, vitals

Emotional: processing of trauma, development of Five Element CF and complementary elements, understanding of internal Five Element structure and imbalances and personal development

Our treatment methods include the following. You’ll be responsible for learning through mentorship in our office and study during paid hours in clinic some or all of following treatment systems and techniques:

Japanese style acupuncture

Orthopedic treatment, motor point, trigger point, and structure needling with and without ultrasound guidance

We put a priority on getting excellent clinical outcomes. If we aren’t resolving patients’ complaints than we shouldn’t be treating them in the first place. You’ll be taught the skills to attain excellent clinical outcomes and be expected to maintain consistently excellent results including:

Average better than a 30% reduction in subjective pain levels per treatment

Maintain an average patient satisfaction rating of 4/5

Maintain rebooking rate of better than 60%

What makes working with us different:

Collaboration: We meet weekly to review patient cases and share ideas. We also invite patients’ primary care and other practitioners into the conversation by sending summary reports to primary care providers and specialists.

Accountability: We monitor and compile our impact on our patients and community to ensure we are consistently having a positive impact as practitioners and as a business.

Growth: This position begins with a paid mentorship under the clinical director with a clear path and expectation to run a department or clinic in the future. We have a carefully crafted and proven marketing system to bring in patients and expand your schedule.
