This can be a part time or full time position.
We are open Mon, Tues, Thurdsay, Friday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 10am-6pm. We are closed 1:15pm-2pm for lunch. We are closed the 1st Fridays of the month.
For full time employees: PTO can be accrued, paid holidays, vision insurance covered, dental and medical available, monthly travel allowance
Your duties include:
-answer phone calls
-verifying insurance coverages
-scheduling appointments
-checking in patients
-pre-testing patients
-helping patients select frame and lens options
-pricing out exam, contact lenses and Glasses order
-frame adjustment
-submitting claims (medical/vision)
-check in contact lenses, and glasses
-troubleshoot glasses if not correct
-assist the optometrist
No experience necessary. We will train the right candidate.
