Full Time Registered dental assisitant - $35 to $42/hr + Medical, Dental, and Paid Time Off
Hours are Monday to Thursday 8AM to 5PM and Fridays 8AM to 2PM. No Weekends!
We are small but well established private practice located in Beautiful Palo Alto, CA seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our team.
As the RDA you will play a significant role in helping to drive efficiency and productivity throughout the practice.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic with an impeccable clinical skill set to assist in all facets of general dentistry and is willing to commit to long-term employment.
You must be a self starter with excellent communication and organizational skills. A kind demeanor and gentle bedside manner with patients and good rapport with team members is a must!

Reliable and punctual

Comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology
4 handed dentistry assisting skills
Collaborate with administrative and hygiene teams to coordinate efficient patient care
Organize and maintain back-office equipment and perform preventative maintenance
Lab case and inventory management
Experience with temp crowns, impressions and Invisalign is a MUST!
Documentation and charting
RDA license necessary
Coronal polishing & sealant certification
Dentrix and Dexis a plus
