Our fast-paced, caring and fun family dental practice is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in San Ramon!
Our ideal candidate is team-oriented, personable, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. Our Patient Care Coordinator is a friendly and professional individual who is committed to providing our patients with excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and check patients in/out
- Schedule appointments and manage patient schedule
- Answer telephone calls
- Insurance verification
Having dental experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate that has a great customer service background.
