Responsibilities for Caregiver/Direct Support Professional/CNA's:
● Assist individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care and hygiene, and medication reminders
● Provide companionship and emotional support
● Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals
● Implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs
● Assist with mobility, including transferring when necessary
● Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Qualifications for Caregiver/Direct Support Professional/CNA's:
· 1+ year of previous experience in professional caregiving is preferred
· Knowledge of dementia care, home care, and nursing home procedures
· Proficiency in using systems for documentation and reporting
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
· Physical ability to assist individuals as needed
· I-9 compliant documents (ex. Driver’s license, green card, social security card, passport, etc.)
- 2 professional caregiving references
- TB Test or Chest X-Ray
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to pass a background check
- HCA (Home Care Aide) registration
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
