Job description:
Manage doctor and hygienist schedules, oversee patient scheduling
Confirm all appointments, manage cancellations
Manage and track patient recare system
Develop and manage all internal office procedures and practices related to the schedule
Patient care including explaining treatment plans, addressing patient concerns and answering patient questions is a must as well!
We are looking for an experienced dental employee or someone from a related field who possesses exceptional people skills. We will train the right person!
