Job Title: Neuro Training Assistant

We specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, providing them with the tools and support they need to improve processing and cognitive skills as well as overall brain functioning. We specialize in the treatment of ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism, Anxiety, Auditory Processing Disorder.
Position Overview:
I am looking for a reliable and dedicated Neuro Training Assistant to join me on a part-time basis, with a minimum commitment of one year. This role begins with three days a week from 3-6 pm, with the potential to increase to six days a week from 3-6 pm over time.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Experience working with neurodivergent children of all ages
Background in education, occupational therapy, or tutoring.
Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Physically fit and able to actively engage with clients.
Proficient with technology and online programs, with a willingness to learn new tools.
Patient, calm, quiet, but assertive demeanor.
Reliable and organized, with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to commit to one year in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with neurodivergent clients to implement Neuro Training programs tailored to their needs.
Support clients in using Neuro Training tools and online programs effectively.
Track and document client progress during and after each session.
Collaborate to enhance training techniques and protocols.
Maintain training equipment to ensure functionality during sessions.
Provide a structured, calm, and encouraging environment to support client success.
Schedule:
Starting at three afternoons per week, with the potential to increase to six afternoons per week.
Compensation:
$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Hourly position with no benefits.
