Position Overview:
I am looking for a reliable and dedicated Neuro Training Assistant to join me on a part-time basis, with a minimum commitment of one year. This role begins with a three half-day workweek, with the potential to increase to six half-days per week over time. The ideal candidate has experience working with neurodivergent children and adults, a background in education, occupational therapy, or tutoring, and is physically fit, patient, calm, and tech-savvy. Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
-Work closely with neurodivergent clients to implement neuro-training programs tailored to their needs.
-Support clients in using neuro-training tools and online programs effectively.
-Track and document client progress during and after each session.
-Collaborate to enhance training techniques and protocols.
-Maintain training equipment to ensure functionality during sessions.
-Provide a structured, calm, and encouraging environment to support client success.
