Are you a vibrant seniors (roughly 50-70 years old) who wants to enable an older senior to remain in the home they love for as long as possible? Seniors Helping Seniors® Santa Cruz & Gilroy, a new in-home care provider, is seeking mature caregivers who can provide both personal care—bathing, showering, dressing, incontinence care—in addition to other tasks such as companionship, light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transportation. Current and former CNAs and HCAs are highly encouraged to apply.
Not a CNA or HCA and still want to help? We’ll help you to become a registered California Home Care Aide, including paid training and guidance through background checks and health screenings.
QUALIFICATIONS
As a caregiver, you should be:
A mature adult who is able to relate to the challenges of the aging process.
Compassionate, reliable, and punctual
Able to follow detailed instructions to execute our clients’ care plans
An excellent verbal and written communicator
Possess a CA drivers license and their own reliable transportation
