We are a private dental office (FFS) that heavily emphasizes quality dental care for the Sonoma County community. We offer a super-experienced staff and modern technology and we are looking for the right fit in our new dentist! We are a full service and comprehensive dental practice in the same location for over 40 years. We believe in patient centered care using comfort and advanced procedures to change patients’ lives. With years of experience in sedation, smile design, full mouth reconstructions, full mouth implant reconstructions and quality general dentistry; we are in need of a confident and experienced dentist to help provide efficient and quality care for our two office locations. This will be a 4 days per week opportunity divided between the two office locations.

We are looking for an experienced motivated General Dentist who can perform all aspects of general dentistry including preparation of crowns, bridges, partials, dentures, and fillings. Our senior dentist has extensive experience in complex reconstructions and can help with training in areas as needed. Opportunities for extractions, endo, and implant placement exist. This candidate must be able to provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plans. We are equipped for a right-handed doctor with 7 treatment rooms in our main office including two modern operating rooms equipped for general anesthesia cases as needed and 4 treatment rooms in our satellite office. We have a full imaging center in the main office with a modern CBCT.
Compensation will be based on a minimum daily rate or 30% of production whichever is greater. The sky is the limit on potential earnings and for the right experienced dentist, can be very competitive. Our private fee schedule is set at a high level and is commensurate with our level of quality care.
